To participate in any of our trips or events, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking

• Submit a valid government-issued ID proof (we accept Aadhaar Card and Passport as valid ID)

• Comply with all applicable local laws and travel guidelines

3. Bookings and Payments

• Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

• Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party gateways.

• In this early phase, bookings may be collected under an individual entity (prior to company registration).

• You will receive a confirmation email and receipt once your booking is confirmed.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We get it — sometimes plans change. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

• 7 or more days before departure: Full refund. No questions asked.

• 3 to 6 days before departure: 50% refund.

• Less than 72 hours before departure: We are unable to process a refund, but we’ll offer you a special discount on your next booking.

5. Changes to Itinerary

Weekend Solutions reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather, safety, venue availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be made with the intention to preserve the integrity and quality of your overall experience.

By participating in any Weekend Solutions event, you acknowledge and accept:

• Weekend Solutions is not liable for injury, illness, loss, damage, or theft during any part of the trip unless caused by proven negligence.

• You are responsible for your own safety, behavior, and personal belongings throughout the experience.

• Participation in activities such as hiking, swimming, or group games is voluntary and at your own risk.

7. Privacy and Media Consent

• We collect minimal personal data to process your booking and enhance your experience.

• You may appear in photographs or videos taken during the event. These may be used in our promotional content unless you opt out by informing us in writing prior to the trip.

• We never sell or share your personal information without consent.

8. Guest Conduct

• Treat fellow guests and team members with kindness and respect

• Follow instructions given by the host or activity leads

• Refrain from illegal, aggressive, or disruptive behavior

We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event, without refund, for violations of these conduct expectations.
