Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: We get it, sometimes plans change. Here’s how our cancellation works:

• 7 or more days before departure: Full refund. No questions asked.

• 3–6 days before departure: 50% refund.

• Less than 72 hours: We're unable to process a refund, but we’ll offer you a sweet discount for your next booking.

Q: Can I book for a group?
A: Absolutely! Whether you’re flying solo or bringing your crew, we’ve got you covered. Each person will need to fill out a quick form so we can tailor the experience just right. If you’re booking as a group, feel free to contact us directly , we’ll make the process seamless and special.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking. Basically, if it swipes, scans, or taps - we take it.

Q: What are the pickup points in Delhi NCR?
A: We have multiple convenient pickup points across Delhi NCR. Once you book, we’ll share the nearest pickup location along with your Weekend Welcome Kit!

Q: What should I bring for the weekend?
A: Bring yourself, your weekend spirit, and some comfy clothes you love! We’ll send you a full packing list before the trip, so you won’t miss a thing.
Spoiler alert: we’ve got a few dressy parties lined up, and trust us, you’ll want to dress to impress.

Q: What time does the weekend start and end?
A: We kick off the fun Friday evening around 7 PM, and return Sunday evening by the same time.
It’s a power-packed 48-hour escape — short enough to fit your schedule, long enough to make unforgettable memories.

Q: Are the destinations always the same?
A: Nope! Every weekend is a new vibe. From dreamy hilltops to private farmhouses, we love switching things up. The twist? We don’t reveal the location until you arrive. Just pack your bags and trust us, the surprise is half the thrill.

A: Definitely. While we curate lots of fun, we also give you time to relax, journal, nap, or stare at the stars. It’s your weekend, we just make it sparkle.

Q: Can I join as a solo traveler?
A: 100% yes! In fact, a lot of our guests come solo. You’ll arrive as strangers and leave with Insta handles, inside jokes, and maybe a lifelong friendship or two.

Stays & Comfort

Q: What type of accommodations can I expect?
A: Only the good stuff. Think boutique villas, luxury homestays, comfy cottages, always clean, cozy, and Instagram-worthy. Rooms are usually twin-sharing unless specified.

Q: Is WiFi available?
A: Sometimes yes, sometimes no. But honestly? The only connection you’ll be thinking about is the human kind. (Okay fine, we do try to have decent WiFi, but use this as your permission to unplug.)

Q: Are meals customizable for dietary restrictions?
A: We provide freshly prepared vegetarian meals, and we do our best to accommodate other dietary needs. If you have specific preferences (vegan, gluten-free, Jain, etc.), please reach out before submitting your application - we’ll make sure you're taken care of.

Q: What safety measures do you have in place?
A: Your safety is non-negotiable. We have verified transport, 24/7 on-site coordinators, and emergency protocols in place. Our retreats are curated with care, so you can feel comfortable and secure throughout.
